Our experience

While visiting the ' Lange Munte ' gym we tried the exercises that where available at the box.


















Positive: 

- Compact way with alot of exercises you can add

- Easy to put on and pull out

- Innovative

Negative:

 - Materials of some equipments are bad. ( You get blisters after 10 pull ups because of the uncomfortable material )

- You need alot of strenght do to the exercises ( very hard for older generation )

- Might be hard to understand how to use it,  especially when you see it for the first time

- No feedback when you use it ( you have no idea if you are doing it the right way or wrong way )

- Hard to transport alone, takes a while

- A bit to small for big people

- Heavy equipment
