Having our concept clear it was time to do more sketches and start making quick prototypes, with this we could se if the mechanisms work, if the measures are right and experiment with different shapes.
With some cardboard, tape and rope we could learn a lot the designs.
After that we move to the workshop and made a scale model of the PowerCube and all the accessories designed in order to understand how all the products work together.
The first step was laser cutting all the parts to build the cube and after this we assemble it with some glue and screws.
We made the accessories with different techniques, like 3d printing and wood.
we wanted to prove the concept thats why we made them functional so the people can see how they work and how will they look.It was nice to be able to see all the parts together and actually feel them.
